Underwood Talks #12 On Ellen

Ok I have a confession. Carrie Underwood is growing on me, there I said it. At first I didn't even know who she was, but now she seems to be a pretty good person, plus not too bad on the eyes either. Here she is on Ellen today, discussing #12 and rumors of them moving in together, which I mentioned a few days ago. Only complaint I have with her this time is the thumbs down to hockey and Canada, though I know she meant it in a cute, funny way. Either way, Fisher has 9 goals this season, which took him until game 60 last year to accomplish, so whatever it is that's helping him, I'm on board.

Thoughts?

Now come on explain what she said about Canada. She said thumbs down and said she loves Canada, but that would be a really long distance relationship. I agree with everything else you said. :)

how long 'til fish asks for a trade to LA?

I would be fine with that, LA has soooooooooooooooo many young great players.

Though I know the ladies of Ottawa would collectively go insane

Doesn't Underwood live in Nashville though, so do you think he would want to go there instead of LA? Can't see him leaving Ottawa though.

Ya i believe she does live in Nashville actually, but they have a bunch of Dmen we could use.

However, I agree, i think he is a career Sen basically. Everyone here loves him up too much to trade him.

He is just behind alfie for favorite person in Ottawa

With positive influences in your life, it spills into other areas. Both of them seem to be very very happy in their lives right now and it shows. They appear to support each other and make the time.

When did this blog stop being about hockey and start becoming the sort of celebrity gossip site my girl friend frequents?

Ya, I think I Underwood story and 1 jersey foul per week is more than enough.

Sorry people, it's a slow day in Sens Town with not much to report and it is related to one of our players.

But i do see your point. Sometimes i feel more like a page 6 reporter then a hockey one

Slow news day? Do what TSN does, name your team Canada. I think Pierre Mcquire has named team Canada about 6 times already. I am really excited about the Olympics but TSN gets pretty annoying. It will not surprise me if Yserman names team Canada live on TSN with the panelists taking 5-10 minutes in between each player being named to discuss the merits of that choice. They would then of course have the players they knew would be picked standing by to interview. Not to mention the 10 days of advertising this show.
