Welcome to the family Carrie, Sens Army that is. It has been confirmed that good old #12 and the star singer are engaged. Fisher popped the question on Sunday and Carrie gladly said yes. I know I've given her a hard time before but it was all in good fun, so please accept my sincerest congratulations. You've been a great influence on Mike and have turned his career around this season. Best of luck to the both of you, mazel tov!This means we will be seeing Carrie's face around Ottawa and SBP a lot more from now on, though I have yet to see her in person so far. Now that you will be here permanently, time to get that red jersey and time to sit down with the Mayor and talk hockey. Congrats again Mike and Carrie. Here's hoping he scores tonight as an early wedding present.
Since Carrie is known to be quite traditional, one would assume she will be taking Fisher's last name. That sound you hear is the collective excitement of million of Star Wars geeks excited at the possibility of her being named Carrie Fisher. A new Pirncess Leia, what an early christmas present for nerds everywhere.
