The Sens are at it again tonight in a back to back game, against our old nemesis from the 2007 Stanley Cup Finals. Both teams are somewhat struggling and both need the win badly. The Sens are hoping to avoid a winless 5 game road trip, that has certainly hurt our confidence, as well as our playoff positioning.It was thought that perhaps Mike Broder would get the start tonight, but Triple C has gone with Brian Elliott. How long to Pascal is back again? Elliott definitely needs to be better tonight if we're going to win. With snipers like Getzlaf, Perry and Bobby Ryan on the Ducks, Elliott needs to be on his game, same with our defence.
It's no secret that certain players need to pick it up, especially Jason Spezza, who has gone from an elite scorer to an afterthought in a matter of months. No one can understand what happened to him. Count me in that group. In a surprising move, there will be no changes to the lineup from last night.
Prediction: As much as it pains me to say it, I can't seem them pulling it out. They're tired and played last night with travel, and Anaheim is good. It might be ugly tonight with us staring down a winless west coast swing. Having said that (sorry Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld), if the Sens play to their potential, they can get the win. But with them being frustrated, undermanned, tired from playing last night and the travel, I see the Ducks winning quite easily 4-1.

The Sens showed more effort in the 1st, especially Fisher and the 3rd and 4th lines.
Alfredsson appears to be playing on one leg. Hopefully this is not one of those things where you play through it or have season ending surgery.

I really hate Perry, not calling the interference on Volchenkov is a joke. Also, I think Giguere played the puck the trapezoid about 4 times.
