Too Little, Too Late

A familiar story is developing lately. The Sens get behind early, look out of it, make a comeback, but still fall short. It's a disturbing trend and doesn't bode well for us at all. We have now lost 4 in a row and only have 1 out of a possible 8 points on this trip so far. It's clear the west coast has no love for us.

What a frustrating game to watch yet again. We just haven't been able to get it going at all lately, until it's too late and we run out of time. Triple c has to be going insane. Look for some sort of move to be made fairly soon. What that move will be is anyone's guess, but changes need to be made.

Were there more then 2000 people at that game? How bad was that in house coverage, brutal.

Thoughts on the game?

The TV feed was dismal, but at least it was a feed. There were indications that the Senators had luck on their side last night and didn't capitalize. Doan and Lang clanging a couple off the posts in the second, Kelly's goal... lucky, lucky, lucky. The only bright spot was the third line. Spezza can't shoot anymore, and I can't count the times where he had a clear shot on net recently and can't find the target anymore. They NEED to win against the 28th place Ducks, or I fear greatly for our Sens.
