Can I Get My Money Back?

You know it's a bad game when you went in with the lowest of expectations and still left very, very disappointed. And sadly I was there in person. In my GDP, I said it would be a sloppy, error filled snoozefest but even by sloppy, error filled snoozefests, this was brutal. Luckily, only 16,000 were on hand to catch the "game". I think tonight we hit a new low. I know we have tons of guys out, key guys, but still, the effort was awful from the puck drop on.

Thoughts from the game:

-Erik Karlsson is absolutely brutal. Calling him back to the big club has to be one of the worst decisions I've ever seen. I can't stand him. He's easily pushed off the puck, is a turnover machine, can't take a pass, is a HUGE defensive liability and has all of 7 points for the supposed offensive genius. I'm done with him, he's dead to me.

-Filip Kuba is also just awful. You're a big man, try hitting or playing with heart.

-Thought Zack Smith had a pretty solid game, he played his role well.

-Elliott was brutal, goals 2 and 3 were all his fault.

-How does Greg Carvel still have a job with that powerplay? He's survived multiple coaches and has been brutal, does he have pictures of Bryan Murray in a compromising position or something? If he doesn't, I don't get how he has a job.

-A new low from Leaf fans tonight, and it was TWO separate incidents. The first was 4 TML'ers all in jersey cheering for Florida when they scored but the worst was the 2nd, where in the 300's had about 20 Leaf fans chanting Go Leafs Go all night. Lamesauce!

-At one point our PP tonight was Campoli, Karlsson, Regin, St Pierre and Neil. That's the worst PP of all time.

-You know you're in trouble when Ryan Shannon is on your first line.

Honestly, no one deserves even an ounce of praise tonight, it was just pathetic all around. This was definitely in my top 5 worst, most boring games I've ever been to. I mean shutout by Florida, really? And not just shutout but dominated and showed no effort at all, just truly disheartening. I could even count ONE decent scoring chance. Let's chalk this up to half our team being AHL caliber and move on.

Thoughts?

Could be good, unfortunately I think the best move Murray has made since he got here was singing Donovan.
