Jersey Foul 57

This one speaks for itself, but at the same time, needs some explanation so you can fully grasp how appauling this one is. Of course this is a Frank Mahovlich #27 Sens jersey, a HOFer who played for ya know, our 2 most hated rivals, the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs.

As is that isn't bad enough, and trust me it is, he retired 30 years ago, 13 years before the Sens even existed. And before someone emails me, hey wait a minute, Frank is a Senator now in Ottawa appointed by Chretien himself, maybe this is him. It isn't I looked.

Think of it this way, it's like seeing a Sens jersey with #4 and Orr on the back, or #9 and Howe, now you understand. Hardly a good way to honor one of the greatest players of all time, who had absolutely nothing to do with the Sens.

The question I have is always the same when I see these is why? Why waste $200+ on such a ridiculous jersey.

Thoughts?
