The Ottawa Senators have come to terms with restricted free agent forward Peter Regin, on a new two year deal. The dollar amount has not made public yet, but when it is, I will update the site. My guess is it's around 2.2-2.4 million for 2 years.With the deal now official, the teams were able to avoid arbitration and come to a deal that was fair to both sides. Now all that is left is Chris Campoli and his August 4th RFA hearing.
It's nice to have young Jensen back in the fold. I really like what he brings to the team. Welcome back Peter.

UPDATE @ 5:45pm: Bruce Garrioch says the 2 year deal is 950k the first year and 1.050 million for the 2nd. What a steal by BM. I'm impressed.
