Fisher Gets Endorsement Deal With UA

Mike Fisher is doing quite well for himself lately, especially now, as he has signed with athletic apparel maker Under Armour, to endorse their products on a 4 year deal, as per Uptown Hockey, who represents him. That's pretty impressive for a guy from a small market team, though I'm sure a lot of it has to do with his increased visibility due to his very high profile wife. That explains why he was wearing a UA hat when he was with her, the perfect time to get the most eyeballs on the company when you're photographed.

This deal comes on the heels of Ol blue eyes getting his own McFarlane figure as well. It sure is nice being Mr Underwood isn't it? There sure is a lot more attention and opportunity coming his way because of the realtionship. I don't mind all the extra stuff, as long he brings it on the ice.

Congrats on the deal Mike.

Thoughts?

Congrats to Fish. That is a big deal. I agree he is becoming better known due to his marriage with Underwood. I like it as well as it puts the Sens in the mainstream media as well. How many people know more about the Sens due to this marriage? Either way its all good.

Good thing, now he will still have an income after his contract expires.
