GDP #31: The Return Of Volchenkov

The Sens are back at it tonight, a night after blowing a 3rd period lead against the Rangers in a pathetic performance. The big thing tonight is the return of long time Senator Anton Volchenkov, who was a big fan favorite here in Ottawa. I hope he gets a standing O and I'm sure he will.

There is also yet another controversy in the Sens camp, as Alexei Kovalev is unhappy with his current 4th line role (surprise surprise). He had a meeting with GM Bryan Murray this morning, but DID NOT ask to be traded.

Other than that, no lineup changes from last night, other than Pascal Leclaire will start in net tonight. Marty Brodeur returns to the lineup, which sucks for us.

Prediction: I have no clue what to expect. This team is imploading more by the minute, but it can't go on forever. At this point I'd be happy if they played hard for a full 60 minutes. Jersey wins 3-2.

Thoughts?
