The I'm Really Sorry I Was Gone So Long & Didn't Update The Site As Much As I Should Have But I'll Make It Up To You With A Massive Edition Of The Links Links

Welcome back everyone to the latest edition of the links. I know everyone enjoys these a lot and I'm sorry it's been 2 months since the last one. But now I'm back in the swing of things and they will be coming with more frequency in the future, I promise. Enjoy.

-Since the Sens played in Winnipeg last night, what better way to start off the links than a fight with our head coach Paul MacLean from his playing days with the Jets against a former Sens captain in Randy Cunneyworth. The refs should have let em go more. They sure wanted to.

-For all my Bingo fans out there, here's a pretty cool trophy you can purchase to celebrate the Calder Cup win last season.

-We all know how a player performs on the ice, but how do they do off it? My man Cabbie gets some players to evaluate their time away from the rink in this clip.

-Apparently Sens tough guy is into more than fighting and playing hockey. Who knew he made wine.

-Speaking of Konopka, he reflects on his 2nd go around in Ottawa.

-A puff piece from Ottawan Erin Nicks on Alfie from NHL.com

-One of the best/worst stories you will read about all year.

-Awesome job Vancouver. Awesome job.

-This seems funny now doesn't it? Then again given the source it's always funny.

-Everyone already knew this, but good that it's now somewhat official.

-LaBarbera is the latest to honor someone on their goalie mask. This time it's an Az legend.

-I know this is for a good cause and all but cammmmman.

-In case you missed the Heritage Jersey release event, here's a recap.

-More rinks in Ottawa is always a good thing.

-It looks like Pierre LeBrun was fairly spot on.

-These are so funny to read a few months later aren't they?

-Tough goal for former Sen Ray Emery. Uh oh.

-The ice at Binghamton's rink blank and being put in from preseason. And the finished product.

-Preseason power rankings from USA Today. Guess they were wrong too. Seems to be a theme.

-Those are some nice jewels for our division rival Bruins. Hopefully we will have some of our own in the next few years. Hopefully.

-This is pretty awesome. I wonder which NHLer will try it in a shootout first.

-This is for you older Sens fans who remember when Kudelski was our big sniper at the civic centre days.

-Some minimalist NHL artwork, including one of the Sens.

-This is pretty funny.

-Not one "expert" gave us a shot at the playoffs.

-Two more previews from the start of the year here and here. These are always funny to re-read once the season is underway.

-Since when is Winnipeg like Toronto? Those are some crazy prices. Good to see the cops taking notice.

-Nice words for Paul MacLean from a former bossman.

-It seems that by the headline that BM the GM has low expectations in this Q&A.

-I guess he's just like most Leaf fans.

-Anyone wanna lay down a few bucks on the Sens winning the cup?

-Good news for all my French people out there.

-Bingo's season opener in photos.

-The bad side of Sergei Gonchar. For 5+ million you can skate.

-Smack talk against the Leafs. Love it.

-No way.

-Opening night in photos.

-Apparently Brad Richards was a fan of Alexandre Daigle growing up. That explains some things.

-These are without a doubt the best beer league pads of all time.

-A weird but cool story of how former Sabres captain and former Habs player Craig Rivet is playing for the Sens ECHL affiliate in Elmira, NY for love of the game.

-Looks like Bill Simmons is getting back into the hockey world. Welcome. Stay awhile.

-Hard to imagine this didn't work out well.

-Oh you silly Bruins.

-Beiber and Sean Kingston at the LA Kings game. Don't know if this is good or bad.

-Speaking of Beiber, yes this is the third time I've mentioned him, he's at another game, this time in Winnipeg making out with his lady. Can't blame him. Nothing else to do in Winterpeg right? Leafs, Balckhawks or Jets Biber. Pick a team and stay with it.

-A little tidbit on Nail Yakupov, who many Sens fans are hoping ends up in an Ottawa uni come June. And yes, that is Igor's daughter.

-Speaking of a former players daughter. Here's one on the offspring of the great one. For some reason this was in an actual newspaper. Step it up guys. This is NOT news.

-Uh oh Mike Green LoL.

-Don't have tickets to the all star game here? No worries. You can hit up fan fest.

-Awesome explanation from the man with the best head of hair in hockey.

-This has nothing to do with hockey. It's just awesome.

-Corey Cowick reppin' the 67's at his crib in Bingo.

-Really? Oh the Red Wings. What an original choice. I guess he wants one red team he supports to win this year. Sorry Anfield.

-In the most sellout of all sellout moves.......

-A Halloween tribute to all the NHL teams.

-What a weird name story featuring Craig Andersson. And Anderson.

-A fan video of the Sens coming onto the ice in their new heritage jerseys.

-The NHL was really loving the extra attention it got due to the NBA lockout apparently.

-Yours truly was featured a couple weeks back in The Citizen. Give it a look.

-A crazy brawl in the 100 level of the Bell Centre during a Habs/Bruins game. Seems about right.

-Don't look now but check out who's #2. Gotta update our logo though boys.

-If you want to hit up a game and help Ottawa minor hockey check this out.

-And finally, a look at the BSens Calder Cup rings and their Movember staches.
