Karlsson Named To First NHL All Star Team

Erik Karlsson poses with the Norris Trophy after winning it
While it may rank as a distant third for Karlsson this week, the accolades continue to roll in for the 22 year old Swedish defenceman. Just a day after signing a 7 year, 45.5 million dollar deal and winning the Norris Trophy as the league's top defenceman in a surprise win, it's no surprise that EK65 has been named to the first NHL All Star Team as well. Kind of curious that Stamkos only makes the 2nd team isn't it? Also curious to see that former Sen Big Z didn't make the cut for the first team but Weber did. Either way it's been the week of Karlsson so far. He still has a wedding this summer to look forward to. Congrats again to EK. I seem to be saying that a lot lately.
