2012 has come and gone, but it was a good year wasn't it? Well sort of at least. The Senators made an impromptu playoff appearance and Erik Karlsson won the Norris. The team is stocked with young prospects and tons of cap room. The future is bright. But it wasn't all good. As we all know, the lockout has deprived us of any Sens games this year, which admittedly sucks, but whenever hockey begins again, I know you'll all be back supporting the site and the Sens, which is really what it's all about. I miss the twitter exchanges and emails from readers, often pointing out things I would have never known otherwise. It's a nice little community we all share and I can't wait for it to be back.
So no matter what you did last night or how hungover you may feel today, remember that a new year is upon us and you can do anything you want, you have the possibility of a fresh start. On behalf of the site and me personally, I wish each and everyone of you (even the haters), a very happy 2013. May all of your wildest hopes and dreams come true, along with a year of health for you and your loved ones. Thanks for all your support always and I can't wait for hockey to resume again. Happy New Year to you all.
